Default Battery replacement Driver window not working

So, I have read and searched google and this forum. I saw that there's a trick to get the main driver controller portion to work for the other windows, however, my actual driver side window is not working after I replaced my battery. Not sure if it is the actual motor at this point or if that trick is supposed to work. I have tried it but it hasn't done squat for me. Am I doing it wrong? because as far as I read and saw, it is supposed to start with the driver side and that doesnt really work for me since, it doesnt go down at all.

may be the same problem as in the GS. If you haven't already, give this a try:
