2010 Mirrors on 2007
I found a totaled 2010 IS250 and was wondering if the mirrors with the turn signals would be compatible on my 2007 IS350. Has anyone done this swap before, and if so, how much of a hassle is it?
They will physically fit the doors, wiring will need to be changed to allow the signals to work.
Only real thing to be concerned about is whether you have the auto-dimming function (or not) on both.

The thread below should give you an idea of the hassle. While they are not replacing the mirror, they are adding turn signal shells to the existing and doing the wiring that Jeff is referring to.
