Engine noise on start up
this has happened to me a couple of times, after parking in a garage and starting the car up in the morning the engine would make a rattling noise, almost like this clicking knocking noise. It's kind of hard to describe. But on the highway or normal road conditions the engine is super smooth and makes no weird noises. Should I be worried about this? The car was parked in a 70-75 degree garage.

You should probably post what year and model you have when asking questions. It could be anything from a lifter ticking to your cam gears rattling. You might try and use a synthetic oil to see if it quites down on cold start.

It's a 2007 Lexus IS 250 AWD, I use the best quality oil ( I can't recall the name) offered by Lexus dealership. I live in upstate NY where temperatures can go down to -30F.
