Default Vossen eBay ?

Purchasing wheels for 2006 Lexus IS350. I came across Vossen's eBay account and the set of wheels I want are about $1100 cheaper than Element Wheels price for the same exact set. What am I missing here? What else would I need to get?

The prices are $900 on Vossen eBay & about $2,000 on Element Wheels.

The shop I work with is a Vossen dealer.
Make sure the ones are eBay are listed for a full set an not a single wheel. They have multiple wheels for around $900 each.

If they are advertising a full set of Vossens for $900 I guarantee they aren't authentic unless they are heavily used.

If they are used then the $900 price tag is reasonable, but if not I doubt it's a new full set. Post the links.

To be fair, those are old style Vossens. I would contact some of the vendors on the forum or local shops near you who can offer better pricing than Element. They do look legit, but I wouldn't buy anything with a no refund policy, unless they are used/new wheels I can inspect in person.

I contacted Vossen directly yesterday. I got a response, but basically CV7 are no longer going to be made. The problem is the offset on these wheels will not fit properly. 100% legit according to Mike and Diego from Vossen.

Yeah, if you know nothing about wheel fitment and offsets, please do your research before purchasing. It's not a matter of just installed them because they fit on our hubs. Those wheels will "poke", which might led to issues if you're on planning accordingly.

CV7 are discontinued. Thats probably the last sets or last few sets they have in stock they're trying to get rid of.

I have some Vossens but not the CV7's.. Vossen reccomends for the IS the offset should be 38 mm front and 45 mm rear.
The wheels you are looking at says the offset is 15mm front and 20mm rear.
Also says it is for Nissan 350z and 370z, Infiniti G35 and G37, Hyundai Genesis
Probably won't fit the Lexus IS...good price though.
