I've combed the threads for my issue which is a touch navigation screen on my 2007 IS 250 that goes in and out. It comes on once in a while but most of the time is completely blank. No access to hard climate control buttons and radio comes on and off as well.

The threads keep mentioning this ebay guy that fixes for $195, but all of those links say the listing has expired. I've seen multiple listings by various sources on ebay but want to make sure I find the right one.

He was banded on ebay and lot of customer has problem with him for the past year!

 

There are several vendors for this type of service on Ebay just check their feedback before picking up which seller to use for the service.

 

The problem you had is not the touchscreen problem like you stated. Your problem is about the main board

 

Are you mechanically inclined? You could fix it yourself with parts off ebay and a youtube video. May end up costing you more then $200 though as your issue isnt touch screen related.
