driver side air vent removal

driver side air vent removal

Does anyone know how to properly remove the driver side air vent? My is squeaking like crazy. thanks
my ride: 2011 IS250

The vent by the door? just carefully pull it out. It comes out fairly easily, juts try and grab and pull straight out.

If you open the door, then pop out the plastic flat panel cover thing, it might make it easier to grab the vent.

+1 ^ take off the dash cover panel by prying the side away from the door-jam, then you can get your hand behind the vent. It is held by 2 or 3 banana clips, just pull.

I seem to have the exact same issue on my 2012 IS350.
Was your air vent what in fact caused the noise?
I will appreciate if you explain what you did to solve this please.
