Default cleaned throttle body, and idle

After cleaning the gunk on the backside of the butterfly plate
I could see some light thru the gaps on the outside of the plate
I think there will be more air thru the tb now at closed position but
My understanding is that the idle valve will control the idle target on its own?

There is also a throttle stop screw is there a need to adjust that?

Default

Start it up and see how it reacts. Of its idling too high, adjust it.
