The only thing about a straight pipe would be you wont know how raspy/loud it sounds until you put it on.

Good luck!

If you want it to be just loud and that's it, go straight pipe. Probably is cheaper than any full exhaust system also. I heard the HKS exhaust is also pretty loud.

Wouldn't you need some or at least a little back pressure? I would think straight pipes would sound horrible and be too free flowing, not to mention without the cats would smell horrible in the cabin.

When the valve is closed, the car sounds stock. When the valve is open, it's full straight-piped, bypassing the mufflers.
Drone isn't too bad only because I don't have it on 24/7.
I welded my e-cutout in place of my resonator

I opted for the Quick Time Performance Electronic Cut-out. You can go with an eBay one, but I'm not too sure how capable the motors are on those

If you're thinking about straight piping your car, I agree with everyone that has the electronic cutouts. They'll save you from cops and quiet when you want it but when you want them loud you can just press a button.
