Help I have a is250 and bought some lighted door seals and when I plug them in they did not light up what can I do to get these to work thanks ! Mine didn't come with lighted ones but the plug is there!

 

You are more likely gonna get roasted here for that question ha since it's been covered numerous times but it's a simple matter of spicing and grounding wires... I don't know them off hand but a simple google search will give you answers. Good luck man

What Nespo said. It's not hard to install. I wired it to the door pin switch for instant on off. People have run it to the led under the dash for that dim down and up effect. I did that at first, the dim is so fast you never notice it 1. Wasn't worth the extra work for me to wire it that way.
