Default CEL, Check Vsc, and trac light all on.

All these lights have come on steadily in the last week and a half. We changed all the spark plugs, and the coils on cylinder 4 & 6. Thought all was fine. Today when I was driving they came back on again but it drives normally. Before when they came on it would spit, sputter, and go into limp mode. The code is for the 4 & 6 cylinders misfires. Don't know what else to do since that is the only codes pulling.

you had to have disconnected the maf sensor to take the intake tube off, did you re connect after finishing the passenger time?

Could it have anything to do with the carbon buildup that is so common for these would it pull a code for that.

^^^ exactly why I asked if it was a 250. Take it in to the dealership pretty sure that's the issue there is a TSB for it so you should be covered

Technical Service Bulletins. Also if you haven't done so yet sign up on Lexus owner website and enter your VIN # and it will tell you if you have any outstanding recalls.

i definitely will do that. My husband checked that and it did not have any recalls (He works at a car lot). We did put sea foam in and done a fill up. Called the local Lexus and asked about the carbon and they won't do anything unless the lights are back on and they can pull the codes then they have to get it approved from Lexus. I didn't buy mine directly from Lexus but bought a warranty that covers everything but maintenance. The lights haven't come back on as of yet and honestly I hope they don't. I really don't want to have to deal with all of that.
