Best oil for 90,000 miles on is350?

Best oil for 90,000 miles on is350?
I was wondering if I can use a synthetic blend , full synthetic or stick to conventional. And what weight is best?

There is nothing wrong with Mobil 1. I would definitely use their M1C-256 Filter.
My preference is Amsoil. They are the inventors of Synthetic oil and I believe their molecule packs that are added to their virgin stock are the best in the industry. Their price reflects that but you get what you pay for.
Either one should be ok but Amsoil in my opinion edges out Mobil 1. But go full synthetic 5w30 no matter what and if you do a lot of city driving follow a Severe schedule change cycle.
