I am interested in an 08 350 RWD with 104K miles on for a good deal and looking to trade in my 08 250 for it. I did my research on it and come to find out it has 3 previous owners with the second owner putting 17.5K a miles on it. Not only that, but with the help of Lexus Drivers I was able to track down the service history of the car. Car was dealer services well but has a couple question marks that may shoot me down from getting it hence why I need some input. Major concerns were at 80,038 mile, where it was serviced with description as " ~80037 CK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON RECOMMEND 02 SENSOR BANK ONE SENSOR ONE $567.10 FUEL EMISSION SERVICE $214.00 " and at 94,185 miles serviced again but this time description read " FOUND CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, VSC, TPMS LIGHT ALL ON. CUSTOMER DECLINED DIAGNOSIS." The next service after that was at 99,227 miles with " RECOMMEND BELT, FILTERS, EFI, BF,CF ". Not sure what to make of the CEL from 94,185 to 99,227 miles and being up for sale at 104K miles. Was the issue taking care of or not ? thats my concern so where is where I need some input on this. Is it worth the deal or not? And any comments would be appreciated.

Seems to be a bunch of negatives with this car. The dealership can't confirm if the issues were handled? I would pass. Considering the refresh models of the 3is is out, I'm sure some more 2IS's for a decent deal will be popping up soon
