Pulling Fenders
i think you mean rolled. no shop will pull out your fender liners. they can either cut the fenders or they can slowly roll them. anyways, for a shop to work on them and get you more clearance for your wheel set-up, its going to cost about $40 per wheel well. but the lexus 2IS doesnt have much of anything in the front wheel well's fenders to roll/delete. so youll really spend ~$80 for both the rear fenders.

Technically there is a difference in pulling a fender vs rolling. Rolling is the safer and cleaner route, though I DIY'd pulled my fronts to help with slight rubbing on HARD corners bumps.

I bought my own roller, it wasn't to expensive and now I own it.
This is the one I got, there are cheaper ones but I wanted something I could rely on.

Edit: should have watched the video, haha same roller I have and yes make sure you heat the paint or it will chip. Take it slow and it works well.
