i think you mean rolled. no shop will pull out your fender liners. they can either cut the fenders or they can slowly roll them. anyways, for a shop to work on them and get you more clearance for your wheel set-up, its going to cost about $40 per wheel well. but the lexus 2IS doesnt have much of anything in the front wheel well's fenders to roll/delete. so youll really spend ~$80 for both the rear fenders.

oh man really? I already have them cut I was just wondering if I could have my rears pulled out a little bit cause I'm having to run -4 camber so I can tuck when I air out.

Technically there is a difference in pulling a fender vs rolling. Rolling is the safer and cleaner route, though I DIY'd pulled my fronts to help with slight rubbing on HARD corners bumps.

There are shops that will pull your fenders, those that say they wont do it most likely do not know how to do it properly. And you get a natural pull when you roll fenders so sometimes that will get you enough clearance. If you need more space you may want to consider adding more camber in the rear so you can tuck more.

I bought my own roller, it wasn't to expensive and now I own it.
This is the one I got, there are cheaper ones but I wanted something I could rely on.

Edit: should have watched the video, haha same roller I have and yes make sure you heat the paint or it will chip. Take it slow and it works well.
