Hey so this is the price for both the fog lights and headlights? And as well do it need a certain kind of balllast. I think I alread have some aftermarket lights in there and I think the ballasts are xenon digital lighting system. I'm not sure if your familiar with those?

The link I posted originally was for foglights and headlights which I didn't notice at first, the link now is just for the headlights
Those headlights come with halogen bulbs - You will need to have the same type of bulb to fit into the headlight housing - The bulb required for the headlights is a H7u for the lowbeam which I assume is what you have the xenon digital lighting system installed on - I am not familiar with this brand - I have owned Xenon Depot kits in the past

These are the kits that I'm familiar with - Quality is excellent
That kit is the one needed for the new ebay headlights
There is a cheaper kit for $100 -

^^^^That right there! I also have that Extreme HID kit (w/Philips 4300k bulbs) and it's made a world of difference.
I purchased my '08 used back in November and it had lightly tinted headlights and tail lights.
The tinted tails have since been replaced with a used OEM non-tinted set.
But, the halogen headlights with tint are a horrible combination at night especially if it is raining.
However, with the HID kit installed it's made a very noticeable difference and now I don't feel like
I'm driving blind at night.

I highly suggest that you just recondition the headlights and save $$$. I recommend Meguiar's G3000 Heavy Duty Headlight Restoration Kit which you can find on amazon. It's very easy to use.
Good luck!

You could try reconditioning the plastic headlight covers. My 3M kit has pads with too large a diameter to refinish the cover at the sharpest point, so I'm going to need to pull the headlights out to do it right. Toyota wants $90 to do it for me but the 3M kit is only $15, so I'll try it myself first.
Also have someone check that your headlights are pointing up high enough. My stock level was too low and Lexus raised them no charge for being out of spec, to as high as they were allowed to go. Before that it looked like the batmobile cartoon headlights when I was driving around. It helped.
