Just curious if it is possible to install the coin holder in the extra spot next to the rear shade and headlight washers, how much it would cost, level of difficulty, etc.

Of course it's possible. There's an older post woth the details you're looking for. Google " lexis is350 coin holder " and results will show from the site. Who carries change anyways?!??? Or you going for looks?

Yeah it is mainly a looks thing. Its weird to see two of the slots used and not the third. I'll just look up a DIY or something. Thanks.

It's pretty cheap ($10-15) and it's quite easy to install.
