Default 2012 LED Headlights Questions - High Beams, DRL

I bought a used set of 2012 LED headlights from my 2009 IS250 (that came stock with halogens). The install was super easy, but there are a few functions that I need to change since the previous owner modified the settings.
1. The LEDs do not come on with the ignition. They only come on when the parking lights and/or the lights are turned on. I want the LEDs to come on without having the turn on the lights. I want the LEDs to act as my DRL.
2. When turning on the high beams, the high beam comes on in the projector light (main light) and not the high beam lights. I want the high beams to function normally, using the bulb designated for it.

Anyone have the modifications done that can tell me how to undo them?

Regarding your first concern; you need to tap the LED 100% power wire (I believe it's green) into a fuse that gets power when the car is turned on i.e. IGNITION2

It must not.. just check wiring to make sure your lights are the same I thought they were VIPmotoz lights.

The supplier of the lights would know best on the relay for the turn signals

Yes u can just tap ur led to the ign2 fuse and it's good to go. The previous owner disable the high beam for a reason for 2006-2010 the high beam is the drl so if u don't disable it the led strip and the high beam drl will both be on while u driving which look weird. U can keep the high beam by going to lexus dealership and ask them to disable the drl feature on ur car but not all dealership will do it.

I did this last year. I wanted it to function as close to factory as possible, so I have it wired to be 100% brightness with ignition on (wired to ignition source) and 50% brightness whenever the headlights are on (using a relay to cut the power from the ignition source). Then the next time I went to lexus for an oil change I had them disable the DRL function (Lexus of Stevens Creek in San Jose) they disabled it for free.

So does this mean I have to enable the high beam? How was the high beam disabled?

Most people just leave the bulb inside and unplugged the connector not sure if that's ur case or remove the high beam pin from the headlight connector. U might want to which one first or ask the seller if u still have his number
