Hello from Canada, I'm hoping someone on here can help me cause I can not figure this one out. Anyways the factory passenger headlight will only work on both sides of the car...any other bulb I add will light then die and slowly point down while shutting off. Please help

 

could be a bad ballast if you have stock hid's..
