My '11 w/ Nav USB port doesn't work, I've traced the wire from the center console to the rear of the head unit and the wire tested fine for conductivity, so I suspect it's the head unit. I get no power, or data through it. Can anyone point me in a direction to fix the unit?

 

mines aswell but to be a lot easier I just use my phone Bluetooth connection

 

your fuse , did you test your fuse ? fuse is the 1st thing you should have done before the connector.

 

Forgot to mention, I did test the fuse Good suggestion though.

And yeah, I do use bluetooth for audio most of the time, but I have an iPod Classic with a ton of music on it that would be nice to have available through the audio system w/ steering wheel control, otherwise I wouldn't care and use AUX.
