Default VLED LED puddle lights

I was interested in purchasing VLEDS LED lights to replace the halogen puddle lights on my IS350.

http://www.vleds.com/shop-bulb-numbe...led/flank.html

I was looking at these and saw the dimensions are 12mm x 26.5mm. Will these fit?

I ask because I did see some old threads saying that the VLEDS 194 flank LED lights don't fit anymore but didn't see any mention any measurements.

I wanted to confirm with people here if these are still too long based on the dimensions they provided.

So I measured a stock 194 Toshiba halogen bulb that I had previously removed from the door courtesy light (I replaced the halogen door courtesy light with a LED bulb a couple of years ago). The stock 194 halogen bulb is about 24mm.

I'm assuming the puddle light housing should have some extra space in it so a 26.5mm LED bulb should still fit in the puddle light housing. Does this sound okay from anyone's experience with replacing the halogen puddle lights with LEDs?

Not related to your question but may be helpful: when removing the Philips that holds the puddle housing in be very very very careful you do not strip the screws. I have stripped both and now have 2 of those v leds sitting around lol
