Default wheel spacer question.

I want to put spacers on my car. I bought some hub-centric 12 mm ones. My calculations conclude that will be fine no rubbing. It's lowered with F Sport springs and shocks. I am going to use ARP studs and have them machined to the exact length of 52 mm (40) being stock or whatever it should be after check the studs on last time. I personally do not think spacers with built in studs are safe so will not use them.

I will probably do the front but later.

Question:
1. Is 12 mm an OK length to install on the rear without rubbing?
2. If do the fronts later, any issue caused by the wider rear track?
3. I track my car about every 3 months, any issues cause by the spacers and studs?

Assuming that you're on stock wheels

1. You won't have any rubbing
2. No problem with a wider rear track
3. Since you're getting extended studs its nothing to worry about but it'll be good practise to check/tighten the nuts once in a couple of weeks.
