Not a clue how to fix the hot spot? Do you mean I need to rotate the bulb?

There are four ballast two to the dogs and two to the low beam.

from your latest picture looks like the driver side can go little higher and the passenger side can go down to line up to the driver side... which should line up like the picture below

Take the bulb out, and put it back in. Make sure it's sitting flush with the bulb holder.

I don't know if you fixed your aim since the last picture, but as mentioned above, please fix that aim.

Well few problems I can't get that bulb put its impossible with the room left at the driver side. Would have to remove the whole bumper.

I don't know if I can adjust the driver side any higher because the lifter already popped out of the joint once.

I am going to lower the passenger side

And I can't aim the light left to right. I for some reason can't get the screw driver into that slot.

You should have no trouble getting to the drivers side bulb just by removing the filler tube for the windshield washer tank. It's actually much easier than the passenger side.

Ya I'm selling it. Either going to get a is350 or a gs of some sort.

tired of doing **** on this car.
