Question about seat/dash material

Hey guys,
I just bought a 2007 is350 and was wondering if the seats are vinyl or leather as well as the dash. I'm trying to figure out what to use to protect them. Thanks guys!

Seats are leather, dash/door panels are combinations of various materials including some recycled. Best not to use anything but water on them.

I was going to use 303 protectant on the vinyl and lexol on the leather. Bad idea?
