2010 IS250 - Weird Engine Sound After Cold Start

I'd guess a belt or pulley. Go get you about 3 feet of 1/2" or 3/4" heater hose from Autozone or car parts store and use that has a mechanics stethoscope to pinpoint the noise being very very careful around the moving parts when you do. Almost sounds like a pulley bearing going bad. Or it could just be a spot on the belt or one of the pulleys that needs a little roughing up with some sand paper or emery cloth.

Sounds like a pulley or bearing about to go, AND since it appears to be near the front of the motor I'd definitely be looking at the water pump as being the culprit. These water pumps are notorious for going out; heck, mine did at only 27k miles! The alternator pulley or ALT clutch is also know to be faulty.
