Default Squaking whining sound after cold start

I have notice recently Rx400h producing sound after cold start when engine is at warm up idle.
I would describe it not very loud but clearly audible high pitched squeaking or whining sound. It seems to come from the right side of engine bay.
If the car would have auxiliary drive belts, I would assume sound coming from those.

I haven't noticed any abnormal sound after startup if engine is warm.

What could it be? Anyone having sound like this? Could it be cam belt or cam belt tensioner?

Cam belt, tensioner and water pump have been replaced about 75000km ago. (46200miles)
Thanks

Manually turn off the climate controls and see if the noise goes away. It could be the blower motor. Also make sure your fans spin easily.

I will try starting with fan and a/c off and hear what happens.

I tried it with fan and a/c in off position and I couldn't hear that sound again.
Temperature has been around zero Celsius (32 F) or less lately, does it really start the radiator fans in so cold weather, some initiative boot up prosedure??
