Okay guys my driver side fan only turns on in fast speed and it turns on even at cold start i changed the thermostat and ect sensor and nothing changed took it to an a/c shop the other day and they said my passenger fan is malfunctioning but still doesnt explain my other fan only using fast speed when a/c is on and the a/c shop also shorted something cause now you cant turn on a/c the controls inside the car shows no power but the bottom part still works like the radio and input guys
