JB4 could void engine warranty if dealer sees it, that's why most remove it before going to dealer. Although if your engine blows, I think they could still trace JB4 via boost history in ECU. (I heard a story or 2 like this in Audi forum and it could be true for BMW as well)

I didn't have any mods. Honestly the is350 just felt boring at times. It's relaxing, smooth, and comfortable. While in the bimmer, it's just more "fun". The steering is tight and straight as an arrow.

I feel you brother! I had the 350 also and sold it for a 335IS. Love it. Miss the reliability of the Lexus but my new 335IS is so much more fun and faster, with 320HP and 370 ft/lb. I ordered a JB4 tune but i still haven't installed yet. Kinda debating since i'm still under factory warranty and don't know if i'm ready to void it yet lol. Anyway, enjoy the new Bimmer and don't EVER put an M badge on the back of a non-M car.
I'm already quite impressed with smaller engine on the 328i, so I know I would easily be impressed with the 335i. I bet it's just begging to be pushed.
I have the black/silver interior, which I love! I feel like I've made the right choice in choosing this car. I'm still finding out new features. Just yesterday I found out it came with heated m sport steering wheel and also headlight washers..
