I use a CD mount, I personally love it. Its sleek and doesent get in the way. I have an 06 so I have to use my phone still to adjust the music.

I made a custom iPhone dock for my 2011 IS250. I made it to fit into one of the little switch blanks below the left dash vent. Works great, and I can aim the AC down a bit to keep the phone from overheating in summer heat.

Thanks man. Ordered. Hopefully it'll be slim enough where it won't hit the shift **** when shifting into park. I'll report back.

Nice work man. That'll be nice if I were handy enough to do a diy.

I always keep my phone in my right pocket. Bigger question is where do i keep my keys, which is cup holder or ash tray.
