This is where i’m at right now. Where would i torch?

I forgot the bracket is the F'g oil pan! Bummer.
Clean all the grease off everything, wrap that sensor in several layers of foil and evenly heat the whole thing.

How solid is your slide hammer connection? Is it direct to that shaft or is there rubber, vise grips or something reducing its impact?

Did you just start spraying chemicals on it today?

I think some have heated the shaft, burning out the seal and grease but now you have fire which is not desirable.

Is there a way i can create a new axle. Like combine the half the new one and combine it with the old one that’s in the car. I thought about that but don’t know how to take off the silver band that connects the rubber and put it back on

In the above photos, if you can put a bearing puller against that ridge on the shaft, then place a block of wood up by the bottom of the oil pan, you could possible apply some decent leverage directly to the shaft. And with direct pressure, either slide hammer or direct hammer to bearing puller.

The clamps shown here. Clamp it by that step on the axle.

Just thinking outloud about options if slide hammer doesn't have a direct connection to shaft with step on it.

Band is one time use and they are very narrow range of use per size so finding a new one after cutting it (plus tool to crimp), would be difficult.

If direct hammering to that shaft occurred the bearing will likely fail so I wouldn't suggest that path. If no, you need grease, cleaner, a clamp, and tool and it pulls right apart once the clamp is cut and boot unseated.

No you can't! Not if the intent is to drive it. Why not answer any questions? People can't help if questions are not answered.
GL don't drive it anywhere!

Not to drive it but to tow it. I’ve tried everything and it is not budging at all.

Default Fixed axle replacement.

I messaged this community awhile back asking for help to replace my axle. i tried everything i could think of and worked on it for abt a week. slowly lost my mind so ended up getting it towed to a shop. The mechanics also ended up having a terrible time with it. The part was so rusted in it that they had to drop the oil pan. long story short it was replaced and fixed. They went ahead did both sides. But i just wanted to say thank you to all the help on here.
