Default A/C Drain or ??

I have a 2008 IS 250. When you turn the steering wheel all the way to the left and look within the right front wheel well there is a small rubber tube sticking out behind the wheel pointing downward. Is this the drain for the HVAC or ?? Anybody know how to check if this is plugged? Lately I have noticed that there is not any water under the car when running the HVAC. No wet floor appearing anywhere in the car (at least not yet).Thanks.

The A/C drain tube on these cars are above the transmission, and are pretty hard to get to without small arms. I'm not sure what the other tube would be for. Possibly a sunroof drain?
