2011 is250 rough shifting?

2011 is250 rough shifting?
Hey guys!
New Lexus owner got 2011 is 250 with 56k on it and after I have been driving it for the last few months have noticed it shifting rough at low rpm's in 4th, 5th, and 6th gears? Anyone know why this maybe happening? Also seems to lag a bit in those gears when I'm accelerating at low rpm's also? Any tips I can do to help fix this or is this something common with the 2nd gen is's thanks for the help!!
