I've been a member since late 2006 but had a old email I got locked out of so had to create a new user.

Anyways flew to mo from Dallas to find the 2006 white pearl is350 I've been searching for. Almost everything mint on the car very clean and taken care of. Pick her up and head back home to dallas. She rides like a dream! Get back in and head to work at 5 am. While at work go ahead and get the fluids flushed, filters changed, and plug and maintenance done. While searching for some coilovers find a guy local with them. Went ahead proceed to buy them and install them on her. Get her inspected and interior detailed and taking to get the exterior detailed and this wonderful subaru apparently wanted to play bumper cars.... tried everything for him to miss me but seemed I had a target and anywhere I steered and braked this guy beelined it for me.... he was pulling out of a gas station.

I guess we will see what they have to say.... Wasn't able to get many pics. I will say I'm impressed with how the car took impact. No air bags went off

Wow, ouch! It really sucks when you get something new and irresponsible people mess it up. Glad you are okay though, hopefully insurance will take care of everything.

Kinda wishy washy with having them repair it. As I know it was a hard impact and will never be the same

Wow, sorry to read about the accident. Glad you are doing ok physically. I agree with you, and it may be just a mental thing, but they are never the same after an accident.

I work for a body shop in Florida and I would maybe say $2500-$3500. Depending on parts prices and how much damage is hidden and/or if it's structural.

That's too bad, hope you can fix it to your satisfaction. Airbags didn't go off because they weren't needed. They wouldn't have helped in what was essentially a side swipe.

Has an insurance adjuster seen the car yet? They may just consider it totaled if there is structural damage.
