is this lip also fits in is 250/350 ?

In that picture there, it is attached to an IS-F front bumper. So unless you get an IS-F front bumper, it'll not be a bolt-on affair.

If you have an isx50, and wish to get something similar, you'll need a 2011+ FSPORT bumper.
AIT makes a front under chin similar to the ISF's Toms.

Check the AIT website for more info.
