I was having the same issue! Changed all the sparks plugs so far no toppings required. (lexus technician told me to change spark plugs at 160,000 kms but I stretched it to 167k topping was required every other-week)
I replaced the plugs 3500km back with the oem spec plugs!
There is no issue with topping up the oils, at least the engine will always have clean oil but I would like to find out why its happening
