Unhappy Radio unit no power

The "Audio Off" screen displays when I press the Audio button on the Navi unit. I turn on the headlights and notice that the radio unit buttons don't light up at all, thus I think the unit is not receiving any power from the car. Any solutions to this? Broken unit or loose wire on the back?

Another thing is I tried to take out the unit and check but the AC vent is impossible. I can't get the clips to come down no matter what. Please help..

Thank you so much.

I would check the fuse first if you haven't done it. There is a video on youtube that shows you how to get the vent out if needed (better than trying to follow written instructions).

Turns out one of the RAD fuse was blown. Replaced it and now every button works.

But still no sound. Every time I turn the radio on, the speaker do a "pop" sound twice then silent. Any ideas on this?

Possibly the factory amp? The previous owner had aftermarket amp installed and I could see some wiring in the trunk. Please help. Thanks

The fuse probably got blown again. There is likely a short somewhere in the aftermarket amp install.
