Hello, so today i got into a hudge problem, here`s whats happened:

I drove today for ~200-300km everything was fine, until i drove to store, when i got back, car battery seemed to be dead (It died in just couple of minutes) clock was very dim, lights are not working, so i got my friend to jump start it, we connected all the cables, and all the lights in the car wen`t on like it supposed to, but when i try to start my car it just wont, ignition turns on, and then - NOTHING, i can press as many times start/stop button, but it will not start, lights like Battery, engine, seatbelt etc. are light up. Have you any idea what it might be? Car battery isn`t new, but i think it doesnt matter, cuz jump starting didnt help... ant help?

BTW its a 2008 IS220d (Manual diesel)

 

If the battery is completely dead(which it sounds like it is if the lights are dim) then you may need to let the car charge for a few minutes before trying to start it.

 

Try push starting it. That's what I loved about my manual.
