Default Radiator box

Lexus says I need this replaced and it will cost $3895. Well I need A/C...but no way am I paying this.
It's a 2007 IS250. Any ideas?
They also say i need a new intake manifold and that will be $1045. Because it shows the obdii code P2006 and throws out the check engine and vsc lights.

So I guess this is the entire A/C and heater assembly. I think it is $1795 to replace. If I really needed to, could I replace this myself? Is this a possibility?

These are the codes that the Lexus tech said he got:
B1421, B1424, B1441, B1442, AND B1446

And apparently code P2006 pops up. He says I need to replace the lower intake manifold

Well I'm gonna pick it up tomorrow. Spray down the MAF sensor, throttle bottle, and intake and see what happens. Look at the A/c some more. idk what else to do
