GEN5 Nav OEM Screen Specifications?

Does anybody know the exact specifications of the stock GEN5 Screen? Or a model number or OEM link for one GEN5 Nav. uses?

I was only able to find this one, and I wasn't sure;

Thank for the feedback, I am just trying to figure out the exact model number of the Toshiba model number that GEN5 uses for reference.

End goal here is, that trying to find is a 7.3" Capacitive Touchscreen Digitizer
