Default LED headlights

Hello everyone. Just joined up today.

I've searched the stickies, I've used the search function and I'm still not finding what I need. I'm assuming that my wording is off.

My wife has an 09 Lexus IS350. I'm looking to replace her headlights with the headlights that have the LED's underneath the headlights. I really don't know what to call them, or if they are even sold for the 09. I've seen where some people attach a string of LED's to the housing itself. I'd really rather not do that.

Do they make them for the 09? If so, does anyone know where I can find them? If I do replace them, will I need to do any additional wiring? Any help would be appreciated.

2006-2013 headlights are interchangeable; the 2011+ though will require minor wiring mods to make the LED DRLs work correctly on a non-LED DRL equipped cars.

They'll fit, here it is in the Stickies under FAQ' and down under DIY's..... https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...on-how-to.html
I'm in the same boat as you as I'm needing to upgrade too as my front lenses are nicked and clouded up. Tried polishing but still not up to my standards. I haven't found any place that just sells headlight lenses for these and somebody chime in if they know. On my old M3 you could just buy the lenses pretty cheap and with aftermarket lense support too.

Sewell Lexus has been the place to buy them as they will be plug and play but not too hard to rewire them with all the good info on this forum. Cheaper to search junk yards and ebay but then little to no warranty. Sewell has had sales on these in the past but noticed they haven't even posted on the forum in a long time. I'm going to pm/call them to see if we can get a group buy or sale going the first of the year.
