Just got my 2007 is 250 last week love it, Ive had a 2000 ES 300 for the last 7 years, anyway my driver side low beam just went out last night but when i turn it on it makes a buzzing noise, any suggestions on what that could be and how to fix it would be helpful, also my dash and driver door have some nasty scratches and it's very sticky I can push down on it and see my finger prints any help with this would also be great!
