Default leveling HID with afs

hey guys

this might be a very newbie question but it seems my HID point more towards the ground.

I have the HID with afs option, just not sure if it came with auto level

Its hard to tell since my head lights seem to point more towards the ground so im not sure what i am seeing are the lights heating up or it it is actually trying to auto level.

Can I still manually adjust them without damaging anything?

Thanks

If you have HID, you have auto leveling. You can adjust the headlights manually by turning the adjustment screws on top of the headlamp. It's somwhere in the owner's manual. But before adjusting anything, I would check to see if they are in fact pointed low. Have your car flat and up close to the wall as possible, Mark where the steps are with tape. Reverse back 25ft and the steps should only be about 2 inches beneath your marks.
