2012 Nav Audio problems
Wanted to see if any of you have experienced this. I did a search but didn't note anything similar.
Every once in a while the midrange and treble will go away and sound like all the speaker are blown. The volume is reduced by 70%. It appears to be an amp issue. The only way to correct it is to reboot he nav system. That is car off, and then power car back on. Turning the audio off and on has no affect.
Today I stopped in the drive way and opened the door with the audio on, it lost all volume. I thought I had it with a loose wire related to the door but I have never been able to replicate by opening and closing the door.
I know if I take it to Lexus (an hour away), they won't find anything wrong. It only does it every now and again but I'd like it fixed while the car still has a warranty. Let me know if you have seen this before.
Thanks in advance.
