Default Winter Wheel repair

i have a set of 4 rusted, bubbled steel wheels with brand new tires, i wanted to know if there is anyway i could repair them, if there was a way to remove the rust and bubbles then paint over?

Well of course there is; plenty of products at your local auto parts stores or Walmart that could help you out there.

They're just steel rims, sand em down and paint them.

Personally, I would take those tires, throw them on your stock rims, then buy a new summer set
