2010' Lexus IS350 B Pillar replacement

Somebody dented both my front passenger and rear passenger outside door pillar. Any one know how to remove it and is there any other part i need to get besides the 2 pillars(plastic clips)?

besides the two clips there is double sided tape to deal with. shouldn't be difficult at all

Do i need to special tools to remove the pillars and can i reuse those clips onto the new pillars?
