Angry Help please!!

I have been with CL for a few months now and loved it at first, until posted a thread I guess in the "wrong place" and someone decided they would make me fill like a dumb a#$ for it, so I havent been on here since.. I do have a question I would really appereciate some advice on, I have a 2006 IS 250 AWD 60k miles, I had took to my local Lexus service center for a couple of recalls and to have the carbon build up ck"ed out, being I had some of the symptoms. At first they acted like they had never herd of it, the service adviser called later that day and said my car registered a miss-fire, they were going to get with lexus on monday and have it taken care of, 6 weeks later I get a call saying your car has been done for weeks and that they had been trying to get ahold of me, (I had never had a missed call from them or email) to the point, they told me it only registered a missfire once and that it wasnt enough to have the car fixed under warranty??? What should I do??

I say take it to another lexus dealer if you can. Have them do a full diagnostic check up and you REALLY need to address the issue(s) and be consistent so they will take it serious.

Check the in-service date of your car. I think the warranty is cover for 9 years and unlimited miles, but the warranty needs multiple misfires if I remember right. How worry I would be depends on how much more time I have before warranty runs out.

dude, there are people like that all over the internet. I say the proportion of that type of people here is a lot lower than what you would find elsewhere.
