Default Oil Maintenance Reqd Warning Light

Im the owner of a 2010 lexus is250 awd with 62,500 miles. The vehicle is equipped with a navigation system. I recently got an oil change about 1200 miles ago. I used the required quarts of synthetic oil in the car with addition to the Lucas synthetic oil stabilizer (5.7 mobil 1 synthetic 5w30 + 1 quart lucas synthetic oil stabilizer). I reseted the oil/oil filter settings through the navigation vehicle setup options. About 3 days after I first got the "oil change the oil maintenance reqd" warning light showed up when i would first start up the vehicle and then would go away. I went back to mechanic who did the oil change and there were no evidence of leaks near the plug or oil filter and the oil was at the correct level. Just yesterday while i was driving the same warning light came back on but this time it stayed on. I pulled over at the nearest gas station and the oil level was where it needs to be.

Does anyone know if up supposed to reset anything else for the light to turn off? Or does anyone have any idea on what may be going on? Im trying to figure it out myself before having to take it to the dealership to get it checked out. I just hate seeing that stupid little triangle on while I'm driving. Any feedback is helpful and appreciated. Thanks everyone!

I believe you have to set the odometer to the actual mile reading. Then turn off the car, hold the odometer button then turn on the car. That should reset it.

^^ aznkewlguy got it. But you don't want to start the car. Just on 2nd push start and with your foot off the brake pedal. Hold it for 5 to 7 secs and it should reset.

Thanks everyone for the feedback and help. The oil was reseted and the light went away! I figured the navigation unit and the odometer was somehow setup/programmed separately. Regardless very thankful for the help!
