Cool IS350 Engine Cam-Gear problem finaly Fixed pt2

Today i finally got my car back from Lexus. After 1 long month.
2 weeks to wait for a goodwill approval and 2 weeks for the parts to be delivered.
the engine wasn't giving out any power doesn't matter how much you floor the pedal would go like 5mph. and scary noises and clicking.

you can find my old thread when i got the problem here has video of how the car was acting up.
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...wap-is350.html

the codes i received when i got to Lexus were
p0010 camshaft position A actuator circuit Bank 1
p0016 camshaft position- camshaft position correlation bank 1 sensor A
p0020 camshaft position a actuator circuit bank 2
p0023 camshaft position B actuator circuit/open bank 2
p0102 mass airflow circuit low
p0113 air temperature circuit high input
p0335 crankshaft position sensor A circuit
p0340 camshaft position sensor circuit
p0348 camshaft position sensor A circuit high input bank 2

the car would not start even at Lexus they had to drain all the gas and put new one to start it up for further diagnostics.
when they took the engine apart all the cam gears were broken chipped and cracked.
(don't ask me how)
i was ready to buy a used engine but you guys told me to take it to Lexus i didn't want to go because i had no warranty and im the 3rd owned car has almost 100k miles.
lexus managed to good will all the parts for me all i had to pay was the labor.

i cant scan the labor performed sheet so ill shorten it
CAP, VALVE STEM
LOCK VALVE SPRING R
CAMSHAFT SUB-ASSY, N

My total labor charge was $2262
which is a lot better then buying a used engine and paying to get it installed and delivered
Lexus is still warrantying the work for 12 months.

thank you guys the people who helped me out on this and the people telling me to bring it to lexus lol

Could I ask who your case manager at Lexus Corporate was?

So did they say what they thought caused this issue? Too much slack in the timing chain or timing tensioner slack?

Glad you got your car back!

wish i knew bro i dont think even they knew they were looking at me like i drive crazy or something .
i would assume its something to do with the camgear recall thats why they payed all parts. i had no type of warranty what so ever.
