Default Rubbing issue on turns

I raised my car enough to fix my rubbing issues when driving normal however on turns I still rub up front on each side and I am hitting these flaps.

Is there any other solution besides trimming or cutting them off all together? Thanks

You shouldn't be rubbing on stock rims and tire size. Do you have an aftermarket setup?
