Do you guys happen to know what the shift plate part number is?
It is the thing that the shift boot is connected to. The clips were broken when I bought my IS.

Got the part off mylparts.
They seem to have the cheapest compared to any other dealerships I've called.
It is number 9 on the diagram.
I was able to get it at $66.96 with the coupon code cl5 for CL.
