Thanks, i will. Im new to model making and prototyping. just 2 years under my belt so this will help me avoid rookie mistakes. Thanks.

It's looking great! It would be neat if you could put some kind of adapter that changes the angle of the camera so that you can facetime with people. Not sure if it would be the safest feature but at the minimum people could see you while you talk to them haha. I think I've seen something like this done before through soundman but I'm not sure.

I'm retaining my factory amp and besides having the CD changer issue .. I'm learning a LOT about the workings of our specific vehicle's audio and HVAC system lol. If you're not retaining the factory amp, it's still a mess lol

Regarding updates, Rafa texted me earlier stating that the panel is back from the body shop. He forgot to snap some pics, he'll do so when he gets back in the shop and I'll gladly post them here when I receive them!

Default WE HAVE AN UPDATE! lol

Life for everybody involved got busy. The panel just got back from the body shop. And as Doug would say ... "HOT DAMN IT LOOKS NICE!!!" The color match to the buttons is perfect from the looks of it. I'm in AWE.

Can't wait for it to get here!!!!!

It's coming along very nicely. Bet you can't wait to have it in your car and hear/watch it. Do you have an upgraded sound system?

Subscribed. I'm sold by the concept. If you make this happen, you gonna make big money lol.

It's hardly me making the money. It's all Rafa and Doug from Soundman Car Audio making the loot. I guess I'm trying to be proof of concept? lol

I didn't upgrade my interior speakers yet (The stock system isn't too shabby .. but I want to do a full focal system eventually, so for now I'm running off the factory amp). My subs however are some seriously old school Orion XTR 10's running off a JL audio mono block amp. The subs are fairly old, but they sound nice. The subs are in a box custom made for the sidewall of the trunk (I needed the trunk space as I DJ and fill the trunk for gigs every weekend) lol

I've been trying to get a wheel well box for a while now. My box for my 12 is just sitting in front of my airride and it looks like garbage not to mention I have half a trunk.

I wish they just made boxes like that instead of me going to a shop and paying them $3-400 for them to make it for me
