plastic under the shifter

Do they sell the plastic piece under the shifter?

You will have to be more specific than that. Do you mean the plastic "block off" that surrounds the gate so you can't see into the car?

if you are talking about that cover thingy that moves when you shift then no, you have to buy the whole shift cover trim or look at junkyards.
